After the resounding success of its 6th edition in December 2018, B&B comes back with a fresh new local act, the solo debut performance by TEDTEDTED (Teddy Tawil).
TEDTEDTED mirrors the restlessness of the world and the constant search for refuge. The bombardment of information is but a fraction of the lack of control our human body is enduring. If life was fair, evolution should have given us two extra heads for us to conform.
TEDTEDTED explores the evolution of a sequence of notes and rhythmic patterns narrated organically within a certain time frame.

Firas El Hallak aka ireallylikeyourapproachtothings is a video artist and filmmaker based in Beirut. He has directed and produced several short films, documentaries and music videos.
ireallylikeyourapproachtothings creates maps of frequencies that deconstruct and collapse. A video system like any system malfunctions and terminate. Extending spaces and time; applying errors and getting away with it. Inspired by the missing link between the laws of nature and this irrational existence. Television programs are realer than real and most of reality is unbelievable.
Since its foundation, Beirut and Beyond seeks to support upcoming productions and promote emerging artists from Lebanon and the Arab World.
In the framework of its Off Festival events, BBIMF presented in 2016 Maurice Louca’s newly released album, Salute The Parrot, a recording that shattered the confines of musical and cultural labelling. Also In 2017, BBIMF initiated and produced an artistic collaboration between Liliane Chlela, Hamed Sinno and Mohamad Abdouni; The Wedding Reception that developed to The Butcher’s Bride.
This year, BBIMF comes with a solo debut performance for local musician Teddy Tawil.
