Beirut & Beyond International Music Festival (BBIMF2018) returns for another year to host a curated mix of up-and-coming and legendary artists from around the world to perform in different venues in Beirut. The 6th edition of the festival takes place Thursday through Sunday, 6 to 9 December, 2018.
The lineup features a diverse range of local and international acts, spanning genres like classic oriental, jazz, world music and electronics. Opening with Lebanon’s indie-music pioneer Tania Saleh premiering her latest work ‘Intersection’ in Beirut, the four day festival promises an exceptional program that will rouse your curiosity. Acts include Sig and renowned trumpet player Erik Truffaz, Imed Alibi and his ambitious and courageous sounds, and GURLS, a trio of Norway’s most though-after musicians.
يطلّ مهرجان بيروت أند بيوند الدولي للموسيقى (BBIMF2018) للسّنة السادسة على التوالي ويستضيف مزيجًا متناغمًا من فنّانين صاعدين ومعروفين في الموسيقى العالمية في حفلات تقام على مسارح متعددة في بيروت. ويمتدّ المهرجان من يوم الخميس 6 حتى الأحد 9 كانون الأوّل 2018.
يضمّ البرنامج مجموعة منوّعة من الفرق المحليّة والدوليّة تقدم الموسيقى الكلاسيكية الشرقيّة وموسيقى الجاز والموسيقى العالمية والالكترونية. تفتتحُ المهرجان الفنّانة المبدعة تانيا صالح التي ستقدّم للمرّة الأولى في بيروت آخر أعمالها – “إنترسكشون”. كما يشارك في البرنامج المميّز “سيغ” وعازف ترومبيت الشهير اريك تروفاز، عماد عليبي وأنغامه الطموحة والشجاعة، وفرقة “غرلز” GURLS التي تتألّف من ثلاث موسيقيات يتمتّعن بشهرة كبيرة في النرويج.
